Welcome to Autism RestWise. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Autism RestWise (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you” or “your”). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Autism RestWise provides behavior-analytic services focusing on sleep treatment for families and individuals. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and are based on evidence-based practices. Our services are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or other healthcare advice provided by licensed professionals.

2. Consent to Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communication from Autism RestWise, including but not limited to:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations.

• Updates or notifications regarding your treatment plan.

• Follow-ups via phone, email, or text messages.

Text Messaging:

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Autism RestWise.

• You may opt out of text messaging by replying “STOP” to any text message or contacting us directly.

• Standard message and data rates may apply. Autism RestWise is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

Confidentiality: Text messages may not be fully secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information via text.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in the financial agreement signed during onboarding. Autism RestWise offers flexible payment options depending on the selected service package. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the signed financial agreement. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Autism RestWise, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and throughout treatment.

• Actively participate in the treatment plan and follow through on recommendations.

• Communicate promptly about scheduling changes or cancellations.

• Respect appointment times and adhere to the cancellation policy.

5. Client Rights

You have the right to:

• Receive professional, ethical, and confidential services.

• Be informed about the treatment process and ask questions.

• Withdraw from services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Services are scheduled by appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in fees or termination of services.

7. Service Use Period

Clients purchasing treatment packages must use their sessions within three (3) months of signing the agreement unless extenuating circumstances occur, in which case extensions may be granted at our discretion.

8. Confidentiality

Autism RestWise complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA, to protect your personal information. However, certain communications, such as text messages, may not be fully secure.

9. Termination of Services

Autism RestWise reserves the right to terminate services if:

• The client fails to adhere to these Terms.

• Outstanding fees are not resolved.

• Professional judgment determines that services are no longer beneficial.

Clients may terminate services at any time, provided all outstanding balances are resolved.

10. Limitation of Liability

Autism RestWise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Autism RestWise services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

13. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
